Poll results: Fish initiative

11 folks participated in the poll. The results are:

  • 9 unequivocal Yesses (81%)
  • 1 unequivocal Nooooo (9%)
  • 1 person said that he has work to do!! (9%)

Looks positive! However, it would have been great if we had more participation, which would have given us a better/accurate picture...

    9 people out of so many on the 3rd floor responding for the vote !! I am really disappointed.
    The FISH initiative has only been started by the Management. However the initiative is totally for you and it your responsibility to keep it alive and kicking.

    I am really lucky to be a part of the 3rd floor play group.The short film by the attitude group was really mind bogling & funny.Keep it up 'choose your attitude' group

    Hi there! This is Ashok Sarang wanna share something. I just now voted as Yes for the question but that was at Home front since I was on leave for last seven days to take care of my 5yrs old son. On saturday at the trafic signal we came across a boy who was cleaning car.I was with my son in a rick.I called out that boy as "chotu" & offered him a Modak from prasad which I was carrrying to a relative. After 10 minutes my son said "Pappa I like that you gave him Modak." That moment I felt soooo Goood that my son is thinking positively. That appreciation from my little innocent is the best reward I got in last 7days.

    Hi Ashok, it was nice to read your comment.
    When someone says something good to you, it stays with you for long...really long. The power of 'appreciation' has always been under-utilised. It really ensures that the dopamine levels go on an over-drive!!

    Guys, let me narrate a small story to you. Roopa (Treasury) made a ppt during an induction programme recently. Some of the RFD participants mentioned this to Ashok that she made a good presentation. Ashok called her up and conveyed this message to her. I guess that really made her day!!
